Quite simply, we don't build junk. We'll leave that market to the other guys. Not to brag, but we build a good computer system. Sometimes you can spend a little to get a lot more. We promise you'll never be sorry.
They get built and tested one by one- built for you on request. But we don't pitch a product to our customers, we take the time to sit down and discuss the purpose of the computer. Are you running a business? Do you do e-mail? Enjoy photography? Download music? All of these elements are important when it comes to building a perfect, customized computer. There is not pre-set price list, in the end you buy what you need-- nothing more, nothing less.
We'll transfer everything from your old computer at no additional cost. Documents, pictures, movies, e-mails, address book, favorites, financial data? Easy, we'll take care of that.
Want that new computer? Tell us when and where, we're there. We'll install it, make sure the printer, scanner, internet, e-mail, and everything else is working, teach you how to use the thing, then we leave. Oh yeah, and that's all included for free.
One of the reasons we've sold so many computers is our tech support. If something goes wrong with your current PC, who has your back? Unless you want automated menus, long hold times, tedious testing, and the possibility that you can't understand your tech-support agent, you need a local guy.
Our tech support works like this: you call our phone number, we say "we'll be right over"-- and that's it! We'll make it easy on you.
