Service and Repair Rates

"Are you sure that's all we owe you?"

You want computer work? Well we do computer work. We have different pricing scales depending on the type of work. Please notice new policies that have been put into effect for 2009.

On-Site Hourly Rate: $65 + $55 - One hour minimum.

In the event that technician must be dispatched, we charge $65 for the first hour and $55 for each following hour.

In-House Hourly Rate: $55 - Half-hour minimum.

If your computer can be fixed away from your location, bring it to us. We work faster this way and the job usually costs less.

Remote Management Hourly Rate: $40 - Quarter-hour minimum.

If you're too far away or don't have time for a service call, our Remote Session Client might be a viable option for you. This allows us to work on your computer using the internet and a little "magic".
