It’s been one week since you replaced my fan and installed a larger ram chip. I am happy to say that the changing of the fan apparently has taken care of the noise factor, and the chip has increased computer response time. Thanks for being willing to take time for the “little guy”, or, in my case, “the little older guy.” Your patience and ability is appreciated.
