The first thing people want to know when we do work for them is our service rates. After they swallow that pill, they want to know how long it will take to finish the job. A good question, because time is money, right?

Turnaround time depends on the problem, but we like to have most jobs done within a day or two. Simple things like virus and spyware infections usually take only one day. Computers with more severe infections sometimes take a little longer.

We do the jobs in the order that they arrive- nobody is more important than somebody else. Sometimes we have a full workbench and can't immediately take a job.

Sometimes longer turnaround times are unavoidable, but we'll keep you informed of our progress. In the end, our priority is to do the job well, and have it done as quickly as possible.
