Service Turnaround Times

Time keeps on slipping, slipping, slipping...

As they say, time is money. How long does it take to do the job? A good question, but a difficult one to answer accurately.

Different problems require different levels of involvment.

Turnaround time depends on the problem, but we like to have most jobs done within a day or two. Simple things like virus and spyware infections usually take only one day. Computers with more severe infections may take longer.

We work in the jobs in the order that they arrive. If we have a full workbench and work que, we will turn down new customers and apointments until our work is caught up.

Sometimes longer turnaround times are unavoidable, but we'll keep you informed of our progress. In the end, our priority is to do the job well, and have it done as quickly as possible.
